1. Who we are and who may use Zymorph

Zymorph is provided by Arbiter Technologies Ltd., a company registered in Bulgaria with UIC 207164164, at Prof. Krastyo Mirski Str., Bl. 10, Ent. A, Apt. 8, Sofia 1407, Bulgaria. In these Terms, “Arbiter,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that company. Contact us at support@arbt.tech.

These Terms cover the Zymorph website, desktop software, and paid Team service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. If you act for a business or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it; “you” then includes that organisation. Consumer protections apply when you act mainly outside your trade, business, craft, or profession.

We make these Terms available before you agree to them. A Team purchase requires acceptance at checkout. Your purchase confirmation identifies the plan and price you selected. Our Privacy Notice explains personal-data processing; acknowledging it does not constitute consent to optional processing.

2. What Zymorph provides

Zymorph lets you describe an app and use AI to create or change its interface, logic, and data storage. Generated apps run on your device. Some features need an internet connection, an external model provider, or another service you choose to connect. Local operation does not mean that every feature works offline or that all information always stays on your device.

The free offering supports local use. Team adds paid collaboration between authorised devices. Team is not an unlimited cloud-hosting or backup service. Supported systems, features, and requirements are described in the current product documentation and the offer shown before purchase.

We grant you a non-exclusive right to install and use Zymorph for personal or business purposes under these Terms and your selected plan. You may use and distribute the apps you create, subject to the rights and responsibilities below. We retain rights in Zymorph itself, its branding, and our materials. Separate open-source and third-party licences continue to apply to the components they cover; these Terms do not take away rights those licences grant you.

3. Your inputs and generated apps

You retain your rights in the prompts, files, data, and other material you provide. As between you and Arbiter, you retain or receive any rights we may have in output generated specifically for you, to the extent those rights can legally be transferred. This does not transfer ownership of Zymorph, our pre-existing materials, or third-party components.

You authorise us to process and transmit your material only as needed to provide the features you use, maintain their security, handle support you request, and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Notice. This permission does not give us ownership of your material or a general right to publish it.

AI output may be inaccurate, insecure, incomplete, or similar to output received by others. It may not qualify for copyright protection. We do not promise that output is unique or free of third-party rights. Review generated apps and their dependencies before distributing them or using them with important information. Comply with applicable licences, attribution requirements, and the terms of your model provider.

4. Your responsibilities and authorised access

Use Zymorph only with information and services you have permission to use. You are responsible for the legality of your inputs, the apps you create, their use by others, and any notices, permissions, or safeguards required for the data they process.

Review requests for folder access, connected accounts, private app values, and sharing. An app with write access can change or delete information; an app using an external service can send information or perform actions there. Generated apps can also make network requests. A permission grant is not a guarantee that generated behaviour is correct. Use appropriate backups and test important actions before relying on them.

Protect your device, provider credentials, invitation codes, and recovery materials. Notify us promptly if an Arbiter-operated service appears compromised. Do not use Zymorph to:

  • break the law, infringe rights, or process information without the necessary authority;
  • distribute malware, commit fraud, harass others, or obtain unauthorised access;
  • evade payment, access restrictions, or provider limits, or interfere with the security or availability of a service;
  • resell access to Zymorph itself or use our branding to imply endorsement without permission.

Nothing here restricts security research, interoperability, or other activity that applicable law protects. Report suspected vulnerabilities to support@arbt.tech.

5. AI providers and connected services

Model access is separate from Zymorph. You connect your own supported provider account or API key and remain responsible for that provider’s charges, terms, permissions, limits, and data practices. A Zymorph Team subscription does not include model usage.

In particular, Claude usage through Zymorph may incur additional per-token charges from your Claude usage credits. Your subscription’s included allowance may not cover this usage. Check Claude usage settings and Anthropic’s current conditions before using it. An Anthropic API key is billed separately through your Anthropic Console account.

Connecting an external account authorises the features and permissions you select. Disconnecting it in Zymorph does not necessarily delete information already sent to the provider or cancel your contract with it. Provider availability and supported authentication methods can change. Compatibility does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

6. Team subscriptions and device administration

Team is billed per paid device installation, with a two-device minimum that includes the owner’s installation. Multiple installations used by the same person may require separate capacity. The owner purchases capacity and manages invitations and billing; invitees do not need to purchase their own subscription to occupy that capacity.

Creating an invitation or approving a device within available prepaid capacity does not itself buy more seats. Seat increases require a separate price preview and confirmation. Added capacity becomes available after payment is confirmed. Reductions take effect at renewal, must fit the selected devices, and do not ordinarily generate a credit for the current period. Removing a device frees its existing seat but does not automatically reduce the purchased quantity.

Team and workspace administrators control access within the permissions available to them. They can approve devices and remove access. Permanent device removal differs from a temporary billing suspension: it can block normal access to affected workspaces on that installation, and returning requires fresh approval. It does not remotely erase files or copies already downloaded. Share only with people and devices you trust.

7. Prices, payment, and renewal

Current Team prices are USD $5 per device per month or USD $50 per device per year, with a two-device minimum: $10 monthly or $100 annually. The checkout shows the billing interval, quantity, total charge, and any applicable taxes before you pay. There is no free Team trial. Currency conversion or other charges imposed by your payment provider are separate.

You authorise recurring payment at the selected interval until cancellation takes effect. Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal. Keep your billing details current. We will give advance notice of changes to your recurring price before they take effect at renewal, so you can cancel. We will not apply a higher recurring price to an already-paid period.

You can cancel renewal through the billing portal available in Zymorph, or contact support if you cannot access it. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Simply uninstalling Zymorph, removing a device, or ceasing to use Team does not cancel the subscription.

Following a failed renewal payment, Team normally has a seven-day grace period measured from the end of the paid period. Repeated failed attempts do not restart it. Once paid access or the grace period ends, remote collaboration can be suspended. Local use and local recovery remain available where your installation still has access; separate permanent device-removal restrictions continue to apply.

8. Refunds and consumer withdrawal

Initial-purchase guarantee. Individuals and businesses worldwide may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after their initial Team purchase. Email support@arbt.tech with enough information to locate the purchase. No reason is required. We will refund the initial subscription payment to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the request, without deducting for use during that period. The refunded subscription will end. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.

This voluntary guarantee covers the initial subscription purchase, not later renewals or separately purchased seat increases. Outside the guarantee, cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal and does not create a refund for unused time. This does not limit refunds, price reductions, withdrawal rights, or other remedies required by applicable law.

Consumer withdrawal. Where EU or other applicable law provides a withdrawal period for an online service contract, you may withdraw within that period without giving a reason. For EU consumers, the usual period is 14 days after the contract is concluded. Send us an unambiguous statement by email or post using the contact details in section 1 before the deadline. You may use the following form, but it is not compulsory:

To Arbiter Technologies Ltd., at the address or email in section 1: I hereby withdraw from my contract for Zymorph Team, ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Purchase reference, if available: [reference]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if submitted on paper].

Cancellation at renewal and statutory withdrawal are different. Starting to use Team does not by itself waive your withdrawal rights. We do not deduct service-use charges from an initial-purchase refund under our guarantee. If the law gives you a longer period or stronger rights, those rights apply.

9. Availability, changes, and ending service

We will provide paid services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable law. AI-generated behaviour is not a substitute for professional advice or appropriate human review. Do not rely on generated apps as the sole safeguard in situations where an error could cause serious harm.

Updates may change features or system requirements. We may make reasonable changes for security, legal compliance, compatibility, or product improvement. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide the notice and any right to end the contract or receive a refund required by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every external service.

We may restrict hosted access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy it; urgent security or legal situations may require immediate action. Contact support to dispute a restriction.

You can stop using Zymorph at any time and cancel paid renewal. If we discontinue a paid service during a prepaid period for reasons other than your material breach, we will refund the unused portion. Ending service does not transfer ownership of your material to us. Export information you need while you retain access. We cannot recover files or keys we do not hold, or erase copies held by other devices or providers.

10. Liability and mandatory protections

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to conformity of digital content or services and remedies for defective supply.

For consumers, we are responsible for loss or damage caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill where that loss was reasonably foreseeable. Mandatory local law applies if it provides greater protection. You are not responsible for losses caused by our own breach merely because you used an AI feature or granted a permission.

For business customers only, and subject to the protections above, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from Zymorph in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us for the affected service in that period and USD $100. These business limitations do not reduce an express refund obligation under these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

Each version has an identifier and effective date. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes through the app, website, or an available contact channel and obtain renewed agreement where required. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights or alter a completed purchase. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the affected service and cancel renewal, without losing any mandatory right to end the contract or receive a refund.

12. Contact, law, and disputes

Contact support@arbt.tech about questions, refunds, or complaints. We will consider complaints in good faith. You do not have to contact us first if the law entitles you to another remedy.

Bulgarian law governs these Terms. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence and may bring proceedings in any court available under applicable consumer law. Business disputes are subject to the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. There is no mandatory arbitration or waiver of consumer collective remedies in these Terms.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any separate written agreement signed with you prevails to the extent it expressly changes these Terms.
